The stocks of the Recke municipal archive includes the sub-holdings A to E and are collected by year. Most of the archival units are files that trace the administrative history of Recke as well as the districts of Steinbeck, Obersteinbeck and Espel. There are also a certain number of old maps and plans, an extensive photographic inventory, various archival collections and an extensive archive library.
